This was a horrible box and experience! So most of the box was inedible, either the seals were broken/food stale or the products were molded. I contacted support to let them know and was offered a 10% discount. Well if you know a little math, I’d be silly to place another order just to redeem 10% of an order that over 50% was trashed. This was disappointing as this was for my daughter who waited weeks for this to arrive only to be extremely disappointed . I can’t remember how, but the “partner” got in touch with me a few weeks later and said that he’d be sending my daughter a free “fall box” at no charge due to experience. She was so pumped. As you can probably guess by the one star, he didn’t send her the box. She’s so upset. If I could give them negative stars I would. I can’t, so I will be sure to post my experience so others don’t waste money, time, and let their kids be affected by who these owners are. Who does that to a kid?
